In exchange for 50% off, you agree to publication of the project in the dekiru portfolio (anonymized by default unless you opt to be named). You get to review the preview and request redaction of specific numbers, direct quotes, or identifying details — redactions due within 5 business days of preview, otherwise the preview ships as-is.
Slot is counted when the 50%-off agreement is signed — not when the project ships, not when the case study publishes. If all 3 are taken, normal pricing applies and the promo is done.
Default is 50% up front, 50% on delivery. Works for most projects — protects both sides without overcomplicating things.
For bigger builds (over $2k) or longer timelines (past 4 weeks), milestone-based splits are available on request — typically 25/25/25/25 or 33/33/33 tied to agreed checkpoints. Payment methods: Stripe, bank transfer, or crypto (BTC / USDC / SOL) — you pick.
The counter hides and pricing goes back to the ranges listed on the services page. Past clients still get referral discounts if they bring someone in later.
